1. Purpose

This policy ensures that:

• Content meets standards for scientific rigor, editorial clarity, and ethical compliance

• Risks related to miscommunication, legal exposure, or reputational damage are minimized

2. Scope

The CRP applies to all content intended for publication on the Institute’s:

• Website and blog

• Digital research repositories

• Newsletters and bulletins

• Social media accounts

• Brochures, reports, or public documents

It covers content produced by:

• Faculty, researchers, and academic staff

• Students and research assistants

• Administrative or communications teams

3. Submission Process

All content must be submitted to the Content Review Panel (CRP) or the assigned editorial team through the official submission channel.

Submissions must include:

• Title and brief description

• Author(s) and their affiliation

• Intended publication channel(s)

• Relevant attachments (images, data files, supporting documents)

• Disclosure of third-party content, if any
